Born out of a love of my mother’s home cooking we make Asian food using only free range meat. Our recipes are adapted to use oil and salt sparingly. All the food is gluten free and almost all are lactose free. We make vegetarian dishes too.

West Sussex this week will see the South of England Agricultural Show. I will be there at, Ardingly http://www.seas.org.uk/shows.asp?ID=2
The show runs from Thursday 11th June to Saturday 13th, 9 a.m. to 6p.m. Look out for me and my Tilley hat.

What a successful day we had at Polesden Lacey Sunday 5th April. The shop sold out of all our products. I am proud to have witnessed such a demand for our products. I shall of course be re-stocking asap. Thank to you to all the customers new and loyal…xxxxx. I met lovely people. If you were lucky enough to purchase some sauces please let me know your opinion.

Great news. Our first farm shop. Polesden Lacey at Great Bookham http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/main/w-polesdenlacey a well known and elegant National Trust Property is stocking our products. The shop opens March 30th. If you are in area pop in and collect some of our lovely curries!
